This salmon recipe which was given by my mother is out of this world. Even my husband who hates salmon will eat this. This marinade is also very good on chicken breasts.
This is a great basic teriyaki salmon recipe. I tweaked it and used what I had in the pantry - olive oil instead of sesame oil, minced garlic instead of garlic powder - I've made this probably 5 times and used different ingredients each time but it always turns out great - it's a great basic recipe!
Grated fresh ginger root and brown sugar mixed with a prepared teriyaki sauce makes a tangy marinade for salmon or other seafood steaks.
Wonderful! This is my new go-to salmon recipe! Do add the brown sugar for a little sweetness. I used the marinade on salmon fillets and baked them in the oven about 20 minutes. That mustard gives the dish a fabulous kick!
really great and simple! wonderful for a week night dinner or a special occasion! I tossed some shrimp in the sauce also and lightly broiled them with the salmon. Yum! I also poured a little of the extra sauce and a little sesame oil to some basmati rice to add another layer of flavor. really nice!
